It has been my dream, after many years as Signature Chef for Mac & Ray's Marina, and the Signature chef that opened Detroit landmarks such as Van Dyke Place and the Whitney Restaurant, to be able to recreate a gourmet dining experience that fits with today's busy lifestyles.  The way I see it, you should be able to enjoy the taste of gourmet - at your convenience, not just on special occasions when time permits.  J.Baldwin's Restaurant and To-Go is the result of that dream.
